Has Putin's Timidity Guaranteed Biden's Re-Election?

There is nothing timid about Putin. The man is former KGB. I doubt Biden finishes this term much less cheats his way back in again.

“Putin’s timidity”! Smokin Joe has been running around like a schoolgirl that just had a snake cross her path for almost a month now. He’s been so panicky, screaming war is just hours, days away, that even the President of Ukraine asked him to tone it down, which of course he didn’t.

At this point, if you follow the entire situation from the point of view of statesmanship rather than partisanship, Biden has shown himself to be a total failure in all of this. He’s shipping US troops in by the thousands while saying that there will be no US boots on the ground in this fight. Look at the Russian troop dispositions. There is NO threat to any NATO country.

European Diplomacy vs. Panic

While Joe is running around telling everyone the sky is falling, the Germans and French have been doing their level-headed best to find a solution to prevent war as they should. The whole thing is quite the opposite. Putin likely has read every prediction from Biden for the last month like one would read the comic section for their daily dose of humor.

It's like waking up every day and telling everyone that tomorrow it’s going to rain. Eventually, he may be right. When it finally does, all the partisan hacks will praise how “right” he was on that day, forgetting that he was wrong the other 99 times.

Biden's Strategic Failure

Biden scored a goal on Putin last Friday by declaring that Putin will attack. Putin's tank divisions are not deployed for battle; they are sitting in broad daylight in the administrative deployment formation. Why? It makes no sense.

Putin chickened out. Now, he has 150,000 mall cops sitting there, freezing, and doing nothing.

Putin’s Options

Putin now has three options:

Do nothing Attack small and face crushing sanctions for a small bite of Ukraine Shock and awe against the Ukrainians, but then he's just started a bloody guerrilla war with the US arming the Ukrs - that will never end.

In essence, Putin's timidity and indecisiveness may indeed have guaranteed Biden's re-election. By demonstrating a lack of strategic foresight and failing to prevent an impending crisis, Biden has inadvertently created a scenario where he may continue to hold the office. The political ramifications of this situation are profound, and as the situation evolves, it remains to be seen which path Putin will choose and how this will impact both his standing and Biden's re-election efforts.
